Community/Senior Center on Main

The Community/Senior Center located at 301 Main Street is one of two community buildings available to rent for family reunions, birthday parties, weddings, and graduation parties. Reservations can be made up to a year in advance by calling City Hall at 515-685-2531. See below for further details, the Reservation Calendar, and the Reservation Agreement.

• Rental fee is $75 per day - from 6:00 am to midnight. *No 1/2 day rentals. 
• Seating for up to 36 people provided
• Five, 5ft round tables provided
• Heated & Air-conditioned
• Indoor kitchen facilities; however, serviceware is not provided.
• Indoor bathroom facilities
