Animal Control

The City of Slater does not have an Animal Services Department.; however, we can provide you with the following information.

• Regarding domestic animal nuisance complaints, such as barking dogs or dogs running loose, please call City Hall at 515-685-2531.
• Regarding stray cats and dogs, please call City Hall at 515-685-2531 as City Hall will need to contact Animal Control.
