LMI Surveys

Good morning, Slater Residents!

If you submitted an LMI survey form in July or August, those surveys will need to be completed again due to a change in the LMI form format and the way we are required to track submitted forms.

If you receive another LMI survey, please take a few minutes to complete it and return it to City Hall. The more completed forms we receive, the better we can ensure that Slater meets the requirements to qualify for funding.

Please remember that all LMI survey information is completely confidential. Your personal information will not be shared and will only be used for the purposes required by the LMI program.
